Samantha ( 2 year old common marmoset monkey) was found in a tree garden,
thin with patches of hair missing on the forehead and an extremely runny
tummy. About a week we found the owner and he donated her to us. She is
happy with a mate and her health has improved after two weeks treatment.
Angel ( 8 months ,Black capped capuchin ).
Rescued from a pet shop with this hair condition . I believe it was due
to too many capuchins in a small indoor cage and only being fed dog pellets.Now
fully recovered after four months on a specially prepared diet .
Speedy ( six months , black tufted marmoset ) the size of a six week old marmoset
. Breeder was going to euthanaise him ,but decided to donate him for research
. This photo was taken in June this year , he did not walk, or eat and had
very little hair . We believe him to have rickets and malnutrition .
Speedy ( seven months later ) now with fur , moving and double his size .I
gave him a special diet , direct sunlight and treatment .
